If a silence looks away from a weeping angel, does the Angel sposta closer o forget the encounter?

OMG!!!!!!

My hypothesis is that perhaps if the Angel had diverted its eyes from the Silent, then of course, it would lose recollection of ever having encountered it.
Nevertheless, if the Silent looks away, then the Weeping Angel, I presume would still be able to see it, thus moving closer, utilising the Silent not looking at it as an advantage. :) Xxx

OMG that is hard I would have to say that at the point of walking away the Angel is stone so would not count as a living thing so it would not forget the encounter and sposta closer

I think the angle will sposta closer because there mindless assassins and there is no memory to erase becuse te need a brain to have a memory. There also jest statues that can sposta really really fast when nothings looking at it.
