ADAM’S POINT OF VIEW
The news was out. Tyler and Lizie were going out. The hatred just didn’t go away after that!!! It felt as if 1000 daggers were stabbing my cuore all at once when I saw them together.
When I got home I laid on my letto thinking about my Amore for her. All of a sudden a drop of water ran down my face. For the first time since the thing that happened with Kelly years and years fa I was crying!
I sobbed all afternoon. My brother came in and was shocked! He put his arm around my shoulder and asked why I was crying. I told him everything!
“Why are te crying???” He asked, “Go get her! Tell her how te feel! She means a lot to te right???”
“But what if the same thing happened like it did with Kelly?” I asked through my tears.
“Oh yeah…”

I felt like fainting. But new emotions took over. Confusion, shock, and worst of all torn ness! My body froze and my lips did nothing – I just stared at him.

My mom’s car pulled up and I jumped in.
“How was school?” she asked. “Crazy” came my reply. I ran up to my room and thought ALL afternoon! At the end of the giorno before I fell asleep I made up my mind…

The new girl walked in and after a minuto while she was talking to the teacher I noticed myself staring at her. I shook my head but I couldn’t get her sweet smile out of my head. I realized I was falling in Amore with her.
She turned and sat in the soprano section, almost successivo to me. Then she turned to me.
“Thank te for this morning,” She smiled and all I can do was nod. I felt stupid so I turned away.
By the end of class, I wasn’t only in Amore with her beauty, but with her voice too. She sang SO sweetly!
I walked out of class and noticed she was talking to boy named Tyler who had just come from gym class. Anger boiled inside of me but I remembered it was her first giorno and probably just met him but the way she looked at him made thoughts of hatred swarm in my mind…

Kelly was starting a Cibo fight. Mom told me never fight back and get away so te didn’t get in trouble. But più and più Cibo came flying at me. I dodged them all and then she was out of food.
I looked around and saw everyone staring at me. I guess no one has ever won a Cibo fight against Kelly. Soon Kelly was lead down to the office and I was having Lily talk me into sharing her lunch with her. We sat with her other Friends Lid and Layne. I looked around for Adam so I could thank him but I didn’t see him.
“He’s not here,” I turned and looked at Lily. She continued, “He eats in the choir room.”
“Wait te mean like singing?” I asked, wondering how she knew I was looking for him.
“Yep, he’s the lead singer and can hit every note on a guitar,” she detto with a smile.
“You mean he can hit ALL those high note?” I asked in shock. Lily nodded. I was nervous. I had choir successivo hour! But the campana, bell rang and I hurried of to the choir room…

At lunch I sat with Lily but because I was so worried about school I finally remembered that I had left my lunch at home. But then I was called down to the office. I quickly walked down to the office to find my mom holding a brown paper bag. I hugged her, detto “goodbye” and walked back to the lunchroom.
As soon as I got to the lunchroom, Lily screamed, “DUCK!” and I ducked JUST in time…

I sighed and looked over at my brother, who was jumping up and down in his seat. He couldn’t wait for school, but I could. When you’re older te have to fit in with the crowd. It all mattered how te looked, talked, and what te liked to get in with the ‘popular’ group. I just wanted to run and hide o go back to my old house with all my friends.
My mom pulled up to the school and I jumped out not waiting for her to say goodbye. As soon as I had gotten out of the car it was as if there were big lights and flashing signs that would say NEW GIRL because every head turned and stared. I walked over to a huge oak albero and leaned against it. A girl walked over to me and smiled. She had light brown hair and wore a lot of make-up…
