A/N1: An impromptu encounter with the Hybrid might bring Lee Adama to reassess his recente loss. Set immediately prior to the events in 'A Disquiet Follows My Soul', s4. Featuring a Leoben model.

Disclaimer: None of the characters and/or plot-points, inherent to the show, belong to me.

Inviere*

He had to squint in the eerie glow the basestar 'conference lounge', o whatever they called the place, was engulfed in. The pulsing light across the perimeter, in perfect synchrony with the leaden pounding in his insomnia-abused mind, made him summon every effort to concentrate on not being lulled to sleep....

A/N: The mostra had, apparently, woefully understated the tentatively stirring attraction between Lee Adama and Dee through the early premises of season two (before the 'prison-break' and after the successful completion of the tomb-raiding mission).

So this is a take on Lee's state mind and cuore as of return from Kobol. Set after 'Home, part II', season 2.

Disclaimer: None of the characters, plot-points, inherent to the show, belong to me. The initial snippet of dialogue is borrowed from BSG ep. 2.04 'Resistance'.

A/N: This drabble sort of 'wrote' itself, while I was pondering a different story altogether. It seemed plausible Romo Lampkin would have a personal say in the matter of Earth 1.0 and the tragedy of Dee's suicide, that followed immediately afterwards, o how it could affect the one person Romo deemed humanity's ultimate 'beacon of hope' just recently – Lee Adama.

Set through 'Sometimes a Great Notion' (spawns from Lee and Dee's data at Joe's bar), season 4. Mentions of events in 'The Son Also Rises', season 3 and 'Caprica' pilot. Jake-the-dog gets to feature, as well.

Characters: Romo Lampkin,...

A/N: From the look of things as of Revelations/SAGN arc Lee Adama and Anastasia Daulla might have started to cautiously rediscover their way back to each other a bit prior to these particular episodes. This little drabble takes place somewhere on the outside margin of Sine Qua Non.

Disclaimer: None of the characters, situations, plot-lines mentioned/alluded to belong to me.

A/N1: Lee Adama ended up instructing self-defense classes (instrumental to landing him within loads of UST with Dee), upon the return from Kobol – an activity not quite inherent to his duties, o even leisure, as CAG. This is a take on the plausible scenario of that happening.

Set some time after 'Home, Part II', but before the 'Flight of the Phoenix', season 2. Mentions of the events, taking place in the 'Valley of Darkness' and earlier.

A/N2: My knowledge and experience of the fire-arm practice routine is a lot più scarce, than Billy's, so whatever incongruities there might be, are mea...

A/N: There're apparent (and frustrating) narrative gaps in between Lee Adama pushing Dee away, in so many words, in 'Black Market' and them on a data in 'Sacrifice'; o Lee and Dee hardly seen on-screen together for most of season 4.0 (though, if te look reeeeeeally close, it's Dee seated da Lee's side at the memorial service in 'Escape Velocity') and them quite comfortable and in sync together in 'Revelations', let alone 'Sometimes a Great Notion'.

This twin-drabble is intended to explore how the lingering bitterness of loss upon the ordeal of fighting Scar (season 2) and the shattering...

Lee Adama's mixed, o *allegedly* mixed motivations for getting married to Dee had been haunting his ability to indulge in family happiness for quite a while (up until he actually managed to frak things up into nearly loosing the one truly good thing that'd ever happened to him - Dee).

Incidentally, I don't happen to believe the sole reason driving Lee into marriage was woe and/or spite over losing his 'one twuuuu wuuuuv', Starbuck, that is, and going after a consolation prize (which still seems to be a popolare opinion in the fandom). That would've been too soap-opera cheesy and inconsistent...
