First of all, I don't like pairing up characters but it's my opinion :)
1.) We all know that Juvia likes Gray. But we doesn't know if Gray feel the same. I'm not a Gruvia hater but sometimes Gray annoyed with her because she's clingy and it's not enough to say that Gray likes Juvia because she blushed when Erza say something about Juvia's feelings for him. Maybe he's just embarassed of it? I don't know. But who knows? Gray always save Juvia from harm. Maybe it's a clue that Gray and Juvia will end up together. And the best part of it is their magic. they're magic is really compatible. And also, They have many moments than Gray to others.
2.) Gray really cares for Erza always. But it doesn't mean that she likes her. Maybe it's just because they are good Friends from the start? there's no way Erza and Gray are going to end up because Erza loves Jellal and Jellal loves Erza too.
3.) About Lucy, i think Gray only likes Lucy physically because gemini detto "She's pretty damn cute.", "Somewhat interested with her." etc. And it detto that she's definitely his type. (proofs: at tower of heavens, while virgo changing Lucy's clothes Gray looked at them while blushing) i think it's not love. But there are times that Gray protected Lucy, Like when they are in Edolas (At amusement park in the middle of edolas castle) when Hughes controlled the ship to hit them. He pushed her with him. Causing him to lay at Lucy's body. But i think it's just because he is responsible to save Lucy because he's the nearest in him. Grand magic games, when Minerva poorly beat Lucy and make her fall at the ground, he and Natsu run to catch Lucy. At ova 3, he directly detto to Lucy that he can saw her biancheria intima, undies (it makes me think that Gray just like Lucy sexually because he always seeing Lucy in many situation like that) When he heard that someone is following Lucy, He secretly cerca for the stalker who's revealed that it's Lucy's father. At tenrou arc, he's the one who holds Lucy's hand not like Juvia that she do it da herself (no bad offense. it's just the truth) At episode 125: magical ball,while Natsu and Lucy are practicing social dancing, he pull Lucy away from Natsu. But Lucy kick him. I think it's Lucy who's pushing away Gray to herself. Come to think of it, What if Natsu is not around? it have a possibility that the one who always save her is Gray. It's just happens that Natsu are always there for Lucy so Gray can't make a sposta to her. and there is also Juvia who always jealous of Lucy. but when Juvia and Natsu is not around, there have Gray and Lucy moments. (like at edolas arc)
And it have any reason why the autore why Lissanna backed at the story. And there's also Lyon who likes Juvia. It's have a possibility that :Natsu=Lissanna, Gray=Lucy, Lyon=Juvia.
But don't expect too much because it's shounen manga and in genre, it doesn't have 'romance' written in it.
