I know the Anime in fairutail zero ended without mostrare mavis and zeref's romance and how that caused her death. i only read some parts of the manga so does anyone know if this clip will come up later?

if u watch the episodes on kissanime.to it actually doesn't but it does in the manga

Yes the Anime will mostra it when they reach the"Alvarez Empire'arc which was the arc in which the way the romance between Mavis and Zeref and the way Mavis died were shown.
