What exactly makes a pending club become an official club?

I know that a club has to have an icona and banner first, and that it needs to have a certain amount of content and fans/members first. Are there any other requirements? Is the exact number of fan and contributions known, o does it differ from club to club, o at different times? Does it matter whether the contributions are of different types - images, videos, articoli etc?

It’s probably più related to contributions, più specifically how often they are added and how popolare they are. I think club that generate visualizzazioni regularly have più chances to turn into official clubs. But of course those are just speculations. Not sure if everyone has ever solved the pending club mystery.
