If you're using Classic Fanpop, then you'll see a button called 'fan of it?' under whatever you're viewing. If you're using Modern Fanpop, you'll see 2 arrows pointing up and down. Up = Upvote/like. Down = Downvote/dislike. Again, these buttons are under whatever you're viewing.

Rating - in its original sense, as in giving content a rating between 1 and 5 - hasn't been possible on fanpop for some years. Instead, te can fan content te like. This is done da clicking the green button which says "fan of it?". Once clicked, it'll turn grey and the Scrivere will change to say "I'm a fan". It's located on the bottom right beneath a video o an image, on the superiore, in alto right above an articolo and on the right successivo to a link. Other types of content - quiz questions, answers, forum posts - can't be fanned.
