They moved the wall a lot lower though, so it's much better now imo.

Neither. I love walls...even if I don't care about Facebook. They changed the layout, so it doesn't look as cluttered as before.

Both are epic fails, but the walls on the spots are filled with idiotic crap that has to be shared with the whole spot. At least with the profile walls, if people want to post stupid things, those posts can be deleted or only shared with people who want to look at them. Now, when we go to spots we love, the first thing we see is, 99% of the time, some stupid and irrelevant comment.

Seems the wall has been moved down to the bottom of the page now. Makes it easier to ignore.

I agree with x-Sophie-Jade-x. There's absolutely no point whatsoever to it. It's stupid.

i dont mind the personal wall and i am pretty sure that a LOT of people will use it. just like dave said the "props convos" were stupid and i think its a nice feature to be able to drop someone a line quickly- and i hope this will make the props more meaningful again!
maybe they should rename it? not call it wall but...board? notes? scribble? shout oot? something? something to make it more unique and fanpopesque?

the club wall seems pointless and an invitation to spam..but if someone finds good use for it i am ready to be convinced otherwise.
i am open to change if i understand the POINT of it or see in the long run that it benefits the site.
i actually remember seeing comments on how PICKS were a really stupid pointless idea- and now years later no one would argue they are awesome. so ...facepop wall ...DO YOUR JOB AND CONVINCE ME YOU ARE VALID!

I think FAIL is too harsh a word to describe the new features. I actually like them but sadly, some fans are just going to misuse it, especially the walls on some certain Fanpop clubs.

it is actually an easy layout on your profile if you have taken the time to try it out and find everything instead of whining about how bad it is I managed to find all my stuff in 5 secs of just looking around my profile layout,now the wall I think will be good on some spots it might get rid of some of those stupid answers.

Man people are still complaining about the changes lol but I don't blame you. The former layout was more pleasurable and easier to navigate around the site. I appreciate the thought they wanted to add a wall for members to communicate, but we had that in our updates. At least let us have the option to change our profile around to our liking & select whether we want the wall or not. & change the clubs back the way they were, they looked nicer that way.

I just don't think it's REALLY needed. I get there's an argument for it being on profiles, but I can't see what walls will add to spots.

I don't really like the idea of walls on the spots because people can get into fights there,and it could even be started by ONE Negative or silly comment made by some one,because ANYONE can comment on spots even people who hate the subject and start a fight.

I can understand that people can talk to you by using the wall on our profiles, but why do we need one on spots?!

The walls don't really bother me. I think you can use the walls on the spots to share your comments about something you like. For example, in a spot about a TV show, you can share your comments about that TV show or about a character from that TV show. It's an easy way to share your opinions about something you like, without going to the forum and make a subject only so you can make a little comment.

But that's just my opinion. I think I can agree with your comment, MCHopnPop, but yes, I do know it could be easier for other people to fight using the wall, but it can also happen in a forum.
