The Official FGT 2011 Haiku Contest!

This year, in addition to the regular competition, we will also be having a

Haiku contest!

This articolo will answer all your domande about this contest:

What is a Haiku?
A Haiku is a short poem, originally from Japan. It built up of three lines of words. The first line contains 5 syllables, the secondo line 7 syllables and the third line 5 syllables. Last years winning Haiku da Diblover111 is a good example:

This is a haiku. (5 syllables)
I wish I had a pencil, (7 syllables)
But I have a pen. (5 syllables)

Haiku’s are traditionally about seasons o nature, but since we are all modern people, and we Amore artistic freedom, the Haiku’s for this contest can be about anything te want.

How can I enter?
To enter the Haiku contest, te will have to follow these rules:

1. Your poem must be a Haiku. In contrary to last year, we will be strict regarding the number of syllables. Poems that not meet this requirement will not be entered in the contest.

2. Don’t use Haiku’s that te have postato online before. We will be checking for plagiarism and online names are always hard to track down. If we find your Haiku somewhere else online, it will not be entered in the contest.

3. te can sumbit up to 2 Haiku’s per user. If te want to only enter one, that’s fine too, but two each is the maximum.

4. Your Haiku(‘s) must be inviato before July 1st! All poems entered after that data will not be entered in the contest.

5. Send your Haiku(‘s) in a personal message to me, link. Do so da clicking on ‘Send a Message’ on my profilo page. The subject of that message must be: *Your username*’s Haiku entry 2011.

How will the winner be chosen?
There will be special Haiku contest judges who will judge all inviato Haiku’s. They will chose their six preferito Haiku’s. Those will be postato as a pick, where the users of fanpop will select the winner.

Where does it all start?

READ ME: FGT 2011 Official: The importance of rules!

Hi everyone!

So far, quite a lot of te have entered FGT 2011. Off course I’m really happy with the enthusiasm from te all. However, I have also seen quite a lot of entries that do not meet the FGT 2011 criteria. Therefore I am issuing this warning:

ENTIES THAT DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE COMPETITION!

When the submission period ends (June 30st) I will make a lista with all entries that can be voted for. If your entry does not meet the criteria, it will not be on that list, and so te can’t be voted for.

Sad Beautiful Tragedy

It’s a fan fiction story of Flora and Helia. I don’t know why but whenever I get a romantic one shot, Helia and Flora stuck my head maybe because they got most strong bonding among all the couples. Plus they are my favourite couple from The Winx. And I got inspirations from real incidences

It is a little known Amore story of a poor village boy and a princess both of whom preferred death over separation. What is even più haunting is the fact that unlike other più popolare legendary lovers, Flora and Helia continue to gain attention from all the people.
