They're all both real and terribly funny... I prefer Chndler and Monica though because they were always there for each other, worked at their relationship really hard and made marriage look like something so easy to manage. They never let their own pride and stubborness get in the way of their love for each other which was the main reason Ross and Rachel spent so much time apart. I absolutely loved the scene where Chandler convinced Erica to give them the baby(ies)...
