Meg stood behind a wall, lurking at Cas and Alexia through her field-glass. They were sitting on a terrace eating cialde and drinking milk-shake. Cas looked as if he was drinking heaven itself.
Meg wanted to go to him and explain why she had to run, but she couldn’t without telling him who he was. And she knew she was being watched. She had escaped Crowley’s demons, but it would only be a matter of time before they caught up with her. And if they did she had no chance of defending herself. She had been so stupid to leave the Angel coltello at home.
As she was staring through the field-glass...

Daphne was folding laundry when Cas entered the kitchen. Cas recognized the clothes Daphne had commanded him to wear.
“I should give these away” Daphne said, knowing what Cas was thinking. “I just feel like when I do I’ll have Lost him forever”
“You won’t lose him, even if te give the clothes away” Cas said. “But te can also keep them”
“Well, anyways, we need to get te some new clothes” Daphne said. “But to be honest I really don’t like shopping” She put the last piece of clothing in the laundry basket. “Maybe te can ask Meg to go with you”
“Meg’s gone”...

Before Cas would go to the woman he wanted to see Meg, to make sure she was okay and to tell her he had decided to stay true to his commitment to Daphne. He pushed the latch down and pushed the door open.
Everything seemed normal.
He walked upstairs to check her bedroom. Maybe she was still asleep. He knocked on the door; he had learned it was rude to barge in rooms te weren’t invited in.
No answer.
Cas pushed the latch down and entered the room. The letto was made. The wardrobe and drawers were open and empty.
The same unexplainable kind of pain he had felt the night before came over him...

Cas kicked the door of their bedroom open. Daphne was sitting on superiore, in alto of Mitch.
“Daphne” Mitch said, looking at Cas.
“Don’t worry” Daphne detto with a heavy voice. “That’s my husband. He knows I have my needs. It’s not my fault he’s incompetent”
Mitch pushed her off of him and searched for his clothes. Cas turned around and ran downstairs.
“What are te doing?” Daphne asked grumpy. “Come back in bed”
“Are te completely out of your mind?” Mitch exclaimed.
“Oh, please, te knew I was married” Daphne said.
“That was really low” Mitch said. “Get dressed. I’m done here. te go find someone else to consider your needs”
“Come on, don’t be like that” Daphne said.
They heard an enormous crack and they jumped.
“What the hell was that?” Mitch asked.

De 21-jarige veloce, swift nam ook de Award 'beste countryzangeres' en 'beste country album' mee naar huis. Adele, die nog tot eind dit jaar herstelt furgone, van een keeloperatie, werd bekroond met de Awards voor 'beste Rock/pop album', 'beste vrouwelijk rock/pop artiest' en 'beste eigentijdse volwassen artiest'.
