Harry Potter vs Twilight Domanda

A domanda about the Saga-That-Must-Not-Be-Named's cover art..

Okay, this has honestly been bugging me forever..

In the Harry Potter series, no matter what version, all the cover arts have depicted something that actually had to do with Harry Potter.. but in the Twilight "Saga" it's like totally random items. Like honestly, chess pieces? A RIBBON? I'm lost. >.<

(Not trying to be overcritical, but this has bothered me since giorno one.)

Ribbon: Bella's connection to reality. Notice how the ribbon is all broken.

Chess: Bella's transformation from human (pawn) to vampire (queen). Another example of why Meyer's Anti-human.

Nope, the fiore is just there to look pretty. It's (well it was) on SMeyer's website.

Yeah, but te flip V upside down, it becomes A, and if te do some stuff to O and E, they become D and R, making... LARD.
