•the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures (the Beast Division, the Being Division, the Spirit Division, the Goblin Liaison Office and Centaur Liaison Office)
•the Department of International Magical Cooperation (the headquarters of the International Magical Trading Standards Body, the International Magical Office of Law and the British seats of the International Confederation
of Wizards)
•the Department of Magical Transportation (the Floo Network Authority, the scopa Regulatory Control, the Portkey Office and the Apparition Test Centre)
•the Department of Magical Games and Sports (the British and Irish Quidditch League Headquarters, Official Gobstones Club, the Ludicrous Patents Office a.o.)
•the Department of Mysteries (Entrance Room, Thought Chamber, spazio Chamber, Death Chamber, Time Chamber, Hall of Prophecy, the Ever-Locked Room a.o.)

An other subject relevant to it, is the relationship between the british Muggle's and Wizard's Ministry. As we know from the sixth Harry Potter book, only the British Prime Minister is aware of its existence. The ministers talk together only when a new one is elected and in times of danger.
