Harry Potter Article: Harry Potter plot hole!

te always hear people saying there are discrepencies in the Harry Potter books, but I have truly found a plot hole.

It is a major plot hole, I have noticed, in the Harry Potter series...A very serious one.

Everyone's always talking about how much Harry looks like his father, even Hagrid in the first book.

Molly and Arthur were in the order with Harry's parents ie James.

Why didn't Molly recognise Harry at Kings attraversare, croce station?

He has the same black, sticking-up hair. And the scar!

And just look at the moment Fred and George told Molly that he was Harry Potter.

c_chrysalis my thought is that she had never seen harry as a baby. And that would be because that James and Lily, went into hiding right after Harry was born. Just my thoughts. Good point though

mobe0593 maybe...DUH...she was a little flustered with five children hovering over her, one getting on the train for the first time. She didn't have enough time to notice! I mean,read the passage again. You could soooo tell she had her hands tied up.

shortynme Yeah I agree with mobe0593. That's a good thought though. But you have to imagine that it's been years since she had seen the Potters too. Memories fade. :)

swimswamswum I thought exactly what mobe0593 and shortynme. My siblings and me (3 of us) are in public, it's usually the friend who approaches US. My mom doesn't really notice b/c we make her busy. Imagine haveing King's Cross, more people, first time, loads of kids, things to make sure they have, and other things. Now, THAT is a hassle.

Volturrimort The woman's got lots of children she can't even tell whose Gred & whose Forge! Siriusly not a plot hole.

PMT I haven't read all the comments, maybe someone's already mentioned it, but they WEREN'T in the order the first time. It's mentioned in the fifth book. So they didn't know Harry's parents well, if not, not at all.

MadameLee Actually in the books its state that Molly and Arthur weren't in order the first time around. Also they are like 10 years older then what Harry's parents age would have been. I mean Tonks, another member is the same age as Charlie Weasly which means she was born in 1972 Arthur was born feb. 1950 Molly 1949 Bill was born in 1970 Charlie 1972 Percy 1976 twins: 1978 Ron: 1980 and Ginny 1981 But Molly's two brothers were in the order the first time as was Neville's parents. James Potter Sr. March 1960 Lilly Sr. January 1960 They went to school in the 70s. Had Harry in 1980, died the next year.

Funeral and Battle cut out of Half Blood Prince film

Recently I postato a few pick domande regarding crucial scenes being cut out of the movie(Half-Blood Prince) this is my first time Scrivere an articolo on fanpop so i have chosen to use it to address the diffrences between the film and the book.
As reported on wikipedia, there are a number of difference between the film and the book. Hi guys, I'm a big fan of Harry Potter and I remember watching Halloweentown. So, I'm going to be Scrivere the similarities between Hermione and another young witch, Marnie Piper.

Marnie Piper

I first saw Halloweentown back in 2001 before Harry Potter hit the cinema theatres! Okay, I was very happy that Marnie is her own character and she is not the typical Mary Sue character.

Hermione Granger

Okay, I watched all of the Harry Potter series, and I have that Hermione is actually very much like Marnie, in terms of personality except that she più of a book-worm. To whom I look up to, not to forget that their names rhyme!
If Harry Potter and Halloweentown were to be set in the same universe, it would be great to make a film about the characters together!
