I find him very annoying.....he has just one single moment in the books where I like him. It's after Dumbledore fought Dawlish and Kingsley to escape and he tells Fudge:

"You know, Minister, I disagree with Dumbledore on many counts....but you cannot deny he's got style..."

Sirius and Regulus' mum, Walburga Black, but since she's not included then Sirius it is.

Lucius,Draco, Tonks, Kreacher and Rodolphus aren't Black family members to my judgment. Lucius and Draco are Malfoys. Kreacher is an elf, Rodolphus is a Lestrange, and Tonks is a Tonks.

Sirius all the way. i LOVE Bellatrix,Draco,Regulus and Tonks. HATE they others malfoy and Sirius, dont care about rest so much.

He didn't do anything for himself. Even if they were exceedingly evil, like Bellatrix, or a "traitor" like Sirius, or someone who changed their minds halfway through like Regulus, they were themselves. Rodolphus really only went along with Bellatrix. He didn't make an impression on anyone because he wasn't his own person - he was an extension of his wife.
