I think Miku is European because Miku (location) is a village in Meremäe Parish, Võru County, Estonia.
So, are te sure Miku is European?

Miku doesn't really have a race as far as I'm concerned, but her main voice bank is Japanese, well... she's considered Japanese.

Not sure how te got this idea though, seeing as she originates from Japan. xD;;
