LilacRoses picked Swedish:
Or Danish and Finnish. I don't know much about Nordic languages, but those three have always fascinated me.

Ryuuto013 picked Icelandic:
Due to my love for languages, I'm trying to learn as many languages as possible (Not only the Nordic ones). I'm currently trying to learn Finnish. And once my Finnish studies are over, I'll be moving on to Icelandic. It takes a lot of time since those two languages aren't so popular in the world and you're on your own unless you have someone from either Finland or Iceland to help you.
Regarding Swedish, Norwegian and Danish, it's not a big difference. In fact, the three languages are so similar that some people consider them as three dialects of one language rather than three different languages. So if you know one of them, you should be fine.

Maouki picked Swedish:
Or Danish. It would be rather cool to learn another language though I somewhat fear the difficulty of doing so.

To Maouki Why you fear the difficulty of learning new languages? I like to learn new languages because it is fun it really is.

Maouki picked Swedish:
@Englandrules: Well, just because I fear if it's too difficult I may turn away from it and I don't want that to happen if I do decide to ever learn anything in the future.

To Maouki Well I have studied Swedish myself in school but I am not so good in that but yes I have studied it and because the place where I live people speak both languages here Swedish and Finnish. Danish on the other hand I don't understand at all. Norwegian I understand a little because I understand Swedish but Icelandic I don't understand at all also. I understand your reason but to me learning new languages has never been difficult.

Maouki picked Swedish:
Well that's nice to hear honestly. I've always heard many people say it's very hard and it kind of turns me off a bit. It's nice to hear that it's not so difficult. English is my first language since I live in the U.S. so I suppose that could be why people say that but honestly, I have no idea. It's just small things that scare me a little. Like sounding so broken you get laughed at a little or messing up on pronouncing something thus you say something totally opposite of what you were trying to say and it ends up being totally embarrassing. Just ugh... I understand it isn't quite easy at first but gradually gets better but ugh... I just embarrass too easily I suppose.

To Maouki well my mother tongue is Finnish because I live in Finland myself but I understand some other languages too for example English. To me important is that other person understand your message and I mean what you are trying to say and people who live in another country appreciates that if you even try to use their language for example Swedish or Norwegian. For example if you go to Sweden and try to speak Swedish people are pleased from that thing that you even try to use their language. This is a fact. That's why it is important to learn foreign languages so you can use them later.
