Yes. Jennifer Morrison has always been Cameron on the show, but she was a brunette until season four, when she dyed her hair blonde.

And for the record, JM is a natural blonde anyway. She had highlights in season 3 not a full colour change. So she hasn't technically changed her colour in all three seasons.
