It's high time House was recognized for Emmys

Okay. This articolo is all about the Emmys and House. As te all know, this season's finale was especially emotional and fabulously-acted, and we would all be surprised if at least one actor/actress from our preferito show, House MD, wasn't nominated.
In today's (Friday, June 14, 2008) edition of USA Today, there was a ballot sheet of who they thought would be nominated for the prestigious Televisione award. Included below are the nominees as chosen da USA Today and the newspaper's comments.

Best drama: House was not included in this list, the reason being this season was "too erratic".
Best lead actor, drama: Hugh Laurie (dur dee dur!) "...if he hadn't already, Laurie cemented his spot on the ballot with his moving work in the season finale."
Best supporting actor, drama: Robert Sean Leonard (finally!!) "Given one of the year's best stories (the death of his girlfriend), Leonard made hay... Leonard got a finale gift and lift from House."
Best supporting actress, drama: Lisa Edelstein. If it took that cheerleader outfit to get voters to finally notice Edelstein, then three cheers for short skirts."

housecuddy4ever I'm hugely disappointed :/ Hugh and the show should have won. Hugh did a fantastic job last season.He always does. Damn.Well I guess I get to go kill the guy who won Hugh's Emmy and the cast of Mad Men ;) Congrats to Greg Yaitanes. House's Head was awesome.

I returned to work after a week of home recovery, as did House. BUt his week off was spent at my house looking after me. I didn't want to use my office, for fear of the memories that would bubble up, so I asked Wilson if I could use his, he detto no because he had mountains of work, I asked House, who, unlike Wilson, had detto yes!

Before long Cuddy had fallen asleep on the couch, with House holding her. House smirked and thought, how cliché? But he didn’t mind it. He wanted to be the one holding her anyway. He loved her after all. He moved slowly off the couch, trying not to wake her, so she could sleep properly and put a blanket over her. So, lets say that we're all actors for a second. I know I am, which is what propelled this thought forward. All I can think sometimes is how cool it would be to audition for the roll of a patient on the show, just for one episode. Heck, I live twenty minuti from the studio - how cool would it be if that really happened?
It would be awesome.
