Ladyluck523 As someone pointed out on another website, it looks like a sabbath dinner. There's challah bread, candles and House is wearing a yarmulke and Arlene Cuddy also has her head covered. Maybe that's why Wilson is there since he's also jewish. Altho from this angle I can't quite tell if he's got his head covered as well.
