House and Cuddy (and baby Rachael) had been living in the same home for the last three months. Cuddy's belly had now started protruding from her body, Rachael had started mumbling words, House was still as 'asshole-ish' as he always was. Natale was only in a few weeks.
House, being the anti-social bum that he is, didn't want Cuddy to invite family and Friends around. He just wanted to spend the giorno in letto with his love.
"Please, Lise, just te and me, in be for a whole day," he pleaded
"No, c'mon, we need to spend time getting to know each others families,"
"But I already know mine," he argued
"Who?"
"You and Rach,"
"Aww," she detto affectionatly, "But still, no! We are going to have family and Friends over, Greg"
************** Natale giorno *********************
House rolled over at 5 in the morning. Quietly he slipped out of the letto as to not wake Cuddy. He picked up a small red, velvet box from inside a calzino in his underwear drawer and made his way to the kitchen.
Cuddy woke up to the sweet smell of french toast. House limped his way into their bedroom. On superiore, in alto of the french crostini, pane tostato was a cage of sugar and beneath that there was the velvet box.
Cuddy was curious. "What's this?"
"Merry Christmas," he said, giving her a baciare on the cheek.
Cuddy removed the cage and there was the box. She picked it up and opened it. House leaned in.
"Lisa Cuddy, will te marry me?"

When does Amore become something we need, rather than something we want? Amore was seen as something special a long time ago. Now Amore is what we are expected to have with us everyday of our lives. Amore is common currency when te are a teenager, but turns to worthless pennies the older te get. Do we not care about the substance of what Amore was and not what it has been made into today da commercialisation from American Film and Televisione commercials and soap operas? Only when we experience Amore for real, can we commento and judge others who are in Love. Amore means something different to everyone. Not two people’s feeling of Amore is the same. Why do we generalize, rationalize and compartmentalize Love? Amore is and will continue to be an enigma. Only a handful of people will ever unlock it and witness its true beauty and essence. The essence we all crave.
Love.
Love.
