Of course he will!!! Lydia and House was a short fling. David Shore will never let Cuddy have the satisfaction of being happy...therefore, Cuddy and Lucas will be a short fling. The way I look at it is, Lydia basically left House so now he's hurt. Lucas is young and less experienced so probably a little bit of a womanizer...He will leave her...she will be hurt. House is hurt. Cuddy is hurt. Do you get where I'm going with this??? LOL!!!

House has to have something up his sleeve, no one takes away his Cuddy,even if he's been shagging randoms in the looney bin.
