The Ceremony was over and I could see the pride wash over My mother Daisystorm's face, as she cheered with the rest of the clan. I could tell she was happy for both Blackpaw and I even though Blackpaw wasn't her kit she still treated her like her daughter. I still remember Blackpaw's mother she was calm and rational everyone mourned on the winter giorno when Blackpaw was born, but the one to mourn the most was Hawktalon her mate. They told me he left the clan but I herd the gossip, he drowned himself in the lake. I look over at Blackpaw and her smiles so big and her beautiful eyes gleaming with joy. She was my best friend there wasn't anything we didn't tell each other.
After the cheering stopped and our clan came to congratulate us we raced to the apprentice tana, den to make our nests. Nettlepaw, Birchpaw, and Rownpaw were already there.
When we walked into the tana, den we herd them all talking with there backs to us.
"Aren't te so glad to have new apprentices to help out?" I herd Birchpaw say
"Joyful" detto Nettlepaw very sarcastically
"I think it..." Rownpaw was cut off as I stepped on a twig. They all turn around to see us.
"When did te two get here?" Nettlepaw detto in an accusing voice
"Just now we didn't hear what te guys where saying" Blackpaw detto with her cheerful voice as always. I just nod agreeing with her.
The successivo morning Mine and Blackpaw's mentors Frostfall a pretty blue/grey she-cat was my mentor and Lichenwing a brown tabby with unique yelloaw eyes they were both very good mentors and taught us well.
I do have to admit though Blackpaw always got talents so easy where as I had to work for what seemed to come so effortless to her... but when she told me how, even I couldn't believe it so I made myself forget.
