... and shocked. Japan is one of the most precaution countries against natural disaster like USA and Hong Kong SAR. How come the natural disasters like 8.9 earthquake and tsunami occur in 2011/3/11 kill more than 10,000 people?

I don't see how you can be "mad" at an earthquake...
but anyway I was so worried because my friend lives in a region of Japan where the earthquake was but he's fine luckily
I feel so sorry for everybody though. It must be horrible.

I can't express my feelings when I heard about that.

It was Horrific. My father died during that time. It is not about deserving etc. -we must remember this is the RING of FIRE volcanic made islands. ANY calamity that devastates and hurts anyone is a horrible event! I pray for anyone.
