Yes, of course!! First, fan have to make some icone and banners... then, the picks.. The fan decide which one they like the best.. And after the decision, someone(doesn't matter who) sends a message to Papa( a user on fanpop that can change everything) with new icona and the banner!! As I can remember, we already had some forum topics(Jani made them), but they never got realised.. If te want, we can make it all over again! I'm gonna make some icone and I'll try banner( never done it beofre)!

Yes of course.. but that comes in the end!! I postato some pics on the forum.. there are many other entires.. I'm making the banner.. I'll post it a bit later..
