"So, Alice promised the Volturi that I would become one of you. They are going to send someone to check, and I'm sure that's a bad thing.....something we want to avoid." She detto as her entire body shivered.

"She's honestly scared." I thought to Edward.

*Bella's POV*

The guard reached for the phone as I slapped his hand away, not wanting to end the call. I knew I only had a minute, so I took a deep breath.

"A guard it's his phone. Oh Edward, please hurry...I love....." I detto as the guard grabbed the phone, closing it quickly.

His face was something to be afraid of, it was like he knew he was going to get in trouble for helping me.

Jasper picked up Alice, turning and walked out of the door without looking back. I knew that he would be able to calm her down, get her to think rationally about everything.

Emmett and Rosalie left in a huff, because both of them wanted to know what was in the box and mad because now they had to wait.

Carlisle walked up to the front desk, the small woman behind the counter blushing as she thought about how attractive he was.

I looked down at her, her eyes wide in fear. I was scaring her, what was I doing? I have found the one that I love, that I want to be with...and she says she wants to be with me...and I was scaring her??

"Jasper!!!" She called again, breaking my thoughts.

"Please hurry." She whispered.

I was thinking about each one of them, both smiling and crying at the same time when I heard a soft knock at the door.

I wiped my eyes on the sheet before walking slowly to the door. I leaned against the frame, my head resting against the soft velvet. "Yes?" I said, my voice thick with crying.

"I'm going to open the door." The voice detto softly.

I moved back to the letto as the door opened, revealing the same man that I had talked...
