Is it okay to baciare someone on the first data if it would be their first kiss?

I just went on a movie data with a guy I really like, when he was dropping me off, I had the perfect time to baciare him and I didn't. But if I did baciare him it would have been both of our first kiss. Should I have kissed him? Oh da the way, we're 11.
