lol i know you probably weren't expecting a reason but i really do have a good one!

When i first started watching when the show first started, i shipped Bill & Sookie briefly. But before S2 even started, i started reading the books! I don't know if you've read the books, but Eric & Sookie are BY FAR the main couple of the books! While she still interacts with Bill quite a bit, they are completely over by the end of Book 3.

You know the amnesia storyline Eric had in s4? It was a little different in the books, like when he regained his memories, he DIDN'T remember everything that went on between him & Sookie for a while. And Sookie did have some other minor relationships in like Book 5 & 6, but she is always drawn back to Eric and things get more and more serious. To the point that in like Book 9 i think, somewhere in that area - they technically are married! Eric has Sookie present him with this dagger in front of a very powerful vamp & she then gets told that it was a vampire wedding ceremony basically. It was done to protect her, but they continue to be married and it is made explicitly clear that Sookie loves Eric beyond a shadow of a doubt ♥

So THAT is part of why i ship them =] Because they really are great together and the show has just screwed up imo.

^ .... I'm not that passionate about True Blood, honey XD I just REALLY liked Bill&Sookie in the books (incidentally, I only read the first 3), and season 1 that I watched of the show. It's fine if you ship Eric&Sookie, I already know by now we're not supposed to ship the same pairings :P

^Well I ship Bill/Sookie too even though I don't mind Sooric.
