Ok after A LOT of thought, I'm going with this one. Just because this scene kills me every time I watch it. Because he's just so nonchalant about basically telling Locke and Jack that he was an Other and that their friends were probably in trouble. And then he's just like "You guys got any milk?" like they were just talking about the weather or something. And I just really love Ben and his mind games a lot :P
But every single quote is perfect and I almost resorted to the "close my eyes and pick randomly" solution.
