LIVERPOOL have tabled a £10m bid to bring Aston villa stella, star Gareth Barry to Anfield.

The offer was made yesterday as Rafa Benitez reacted to Liverpool's Champions League exit at the hands of Chelsea da making an immediate sposta for his number one summer transfer target.

So here we are in February of 2010. Liverpool FC has not had the greatest season so far. In fact one might say it has been very poor indeed. They were eliminated from the FA Cup, Champions League, Carling Cup and are now not serious contenders for the Premier League titolo race.
