Please help refresh my memory - when did Jacob meet each of the survivors in their pre-island lives? (especially Claire, Jack, Kate, and Sayid)

It didn't mostra him meeting Claire. Jack he met pre-crash at his hospital ( gave him a caramelle bar). Kate he met when she was little, she was stealing a lunchbox, the store owner caught her and Jacob came and payed it for her. Sayid was after the crash, he was with Nadia. He asked Sayid to take a look at something while Nadia crossed the road and got hit, saving him from being hit. Sawyer he met when he was little at his Mom and Dad's funeral. Sawyer was Scrivere his letter and ran out of ink, Jacob gave him a new pen to continue Scrivere it and gave him his condolences. Locke he met when he was pushed out of the window da his Dad. Locke was on the ground seeming to be dead, Jacob touched him and woke him up. Hurley he met after the crash in a cab, he gave him the chitarra case. Sun and Jin he met at their wedding and wished them a good marriage. All six of them he touched. Hope this helped.

EDIT: Oh and as TuttleAC reminded me, he met Illana at a hospital. I'm assuming this is after the crash.

Jack was when he was trying to get a caramelle bar from the vending machine, then gave up. Jacob got it, and when handing it to him, touched his hand. This is completely from memory, so I don't remember the others. Sorry.
