Why did this happen to me?Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm kinda nervous to talk to a guy I like.And I don't know what to do and I can't concentrate anything when he is around?I just wanna look his face when he is around.He stares at me too.What should I do?I can't talk to him because my uncle is around and his cousins were around all the time.Pleaseeeeeee helppppppp meeee.
