Simple as this... but i do need consigli and help :(

im gonna come straight out with it.. I'm scared of break ups. im scared that out of the blue my bf will break up with me, and idk what i wud do.. but i do know ill do something bad.. see he has broken up wit me twice in the past.. and for the reason of "love" i went back together with him. and idk what im gonna do when the third happens because, the other two times, i went crazy, i was depressed, suicidal, and really i was attemping suicide. i felt worthless becasue he pays più attention to me than my family does. :( i might succeed the third time. ( now before te comment, i dont wana see "well te should do that o think that over a guy" cause i hate it when they tell me that, yes its good consigli but te cant help yourself, te just do! just please dont judge me for opening up to te all.. just tell me how to deal with a break up and how to not lose control over my actions) Thank You.

Well first of all.. Maybe he wont break of you. Dont be so negative. Maybe he wont.

If he does.. Well, te are gonna be depressed and everything. But when te are dont kill yourself! Just think.. te will get over it. And someday te will be better again and forget all about it. It will pass, and find someone else.

Lay down listen to Musica and think about the future.
te will be okay.

But stop thinking hes gonna break up with you.

it's hard not to think negative.. im sorry but yea it is for me... i can never be truly happy... and honestly he's the only good thing in my life.. im serious!! and its just hard to cope with so much negativity and sadness

what if he just suddenly changed his mind about me? like if he doesnt like me anymore, casue of a nasty rumor that was told about me o casue he found someone else?
