Restart the Android Device

Turn off the Mobile Data and WiFi.
Press the power button for più than 3 secondi and tap restart.
Turn on the Mobile Data after the device boots up.
Now try installing the app.

Change data and Time settings to Automatic
Incorrect Time and data settings can cause connectivity issues with Google. So try to keep the settings in sync.

Open the Settings tab.
Select data and Time.
Turn on Automatic data and Time.
Wait as the phone corrects the data and Time.
Open the PlayStore after the data gets corrected.
If the issue still exists, then try the successivo step.

Open the Settings tab and open Applications.

Add another Google Account
Adding another account can fix the issue so just:

Open the Settings tab and go to Accounts.
Tap on Google accounts.
Select Remove Accounts and confermare it.
Restart the device and go to settings.
Repeat the process but this time tap on Add Account.
Add a new Google account.
If the issue remains, then try the successivo step.

Update the Android Device
If your Android is not up to data then:
Go to the Settings tab and tap System.
Select Advanced options.
Tap on System update and wait.
If there is an update, then install it and wait.
Your device will restart, and te will be able to install apps now.
