When michael got out to the front gate, he saw nothing but fresh tire marks. Also the officers who were assigned to keep watch were nowhere in sight. Michael began to make his way back inside when the officers pulled up. Angry michael stormed over to them. "Where the hell were te guys?" michael demanded. "We went to go get lunch...do something happen?" one officer said. "Yes! someone was parked outside here once again and i just got another threating phone call." michael detto angerily. "Mr. Jackson please just calm down." another officer detto calmly. "Calm down?You expect me to calm down when someone just threaten to harm someone i love!?I'll mostra te calm!" Michael began to lunged toward one of the police officers, but the fellow officers held him back. "Mr. Jackson please calm down! No sense in te going to jail for battery! now lets go inside and review the secuirty footage." the officer detto and he gestured toward the house.
They all headed to the basement and began to view the footage. Sure enough it was the same white furgone, van that kept mostrare up and speeding off. They still were not able to identify the driver because of the camera angle and the fact the window's were tinted. "Can te guys run the licsense plate?" Michael asked. One officer shook his head. "Sadly no...theres no licsense plate, apparently whoever drives this furgone, van has taken it off." Michael sat down and began to rub his temples on frustration. "Mr. Jackson i know things are very hard right now...we're doing all we can to protect te and your family." An officer detto as he placed on of his hands on michael's shoulder. Just then Eli began to cry and michael got up and went upstairs without a word.
Later that giorno Diane and the girls arrived home from shopping. "Oh daddy come look what we got at the store." Lizzie detto cheerfully as she walked into the house. Seeing Michael nowhere in sight she began to walk around. "Daddy?Daddy where are you?"Lizzie detto as she walked all around the living room. With no luck she then headed upstairs into Eli. There she found Eli asleep in his culla, presepe and Michael sitting in the rocking chair with his face in his hands. "Daddy.." Lizzie detto softly as she walked up to him. Michael slowly looked up at her. da looking at him Lizzie could tell he had been crying da seeing that he eyes were slightly red and puffy. "Daddy why are te crying?" Lizzie asked. Michael shook his head, got up and headed to his bedroom down the hall where he closed the door. Lizzie walked out of Eli's room and went back downstairs into th cucina where Diane was getting ready to make dinner. "Mommy something wrong with daddy." Lizzie replied. "What do te mean sweetie?" Diane asked concerned. "When i went into Eli's room, Daddy had his face in his hands and i asked him what was wrong and thats when he looked up and i saw his eye were all red a puffy." Lizzie explained. "Where is your father now?", "He's in ya'lls bedroom." Lizzie said. Diane then headed upstairs to the bedroom which her and michael shared. When she opened the door she saw michael sitting on the letto crying. "Michael...baby whats wrong?" Diane asked as she sat successivo to him. Michael sniffled. "Everything....the fact we are being stalked....and today someone called and....." Michael's voice trailed off. "And what michael?" , "I think whoever it is.....is planning to kill you." Michael said. Diane was taken back. "Well do te know who it might be?" Diane asked. Michael shook his head. "The only thing i can think of is maybe its just some psycho fan of mine who wants to be with me....thats all i can think of." Diane detto nothing, she was too scared at the moment to even speak. The thought of someone she didnt know wanting her dead was terrifying. Diane just hugged michael, they hugged for almost 2 minuti when michael broke the embrace and looked Diane in the face. "Trust me when i say this, i will do anything...anything to keep te and the kids safe...i'd honestly rather them kill me than you." , "Michael please dont say that...i understand that te want to protect me and the kids but dont go put yourself in harms way...michael i almost Lost te once and i dont want to lose te again permentley." "Moonwalker" -- a collection of short films made da MJ in 1988 -- was never released theatrically in the United States ... but one L.A. movie theater is finally trying to make it happen ... for one night only.
TMZ has learned Arclight Cinemas in Hollywood is on the hunt for a film print of the 1988 cult classic ... after MJ fan flooded the A.C. Facebook page with the challenging request.
According to reports, "Moonwalker" was never theatrically released in America because of failed negotiations with U.S. movie distributors back in the giorno ... however the flick was eventually released in The States on VHS.
FYI -- "Moonwalker" featured a super-iconic 25-minute featurette for "Smooth Criminal" ... which included an awesome cameo da Joe Pesci.
Arclight claims they're actively searching for the print -- we'll let te know if the cerca succeeds.

The producer/director of Michael Jackson's "This Is It" tour is scoffing at Katherine Jackson's wrongful death suit in which he's named as a defendant, because he had nothing to do with the drugs o treatment that caused the singer's death.
Kenny Ortega just filed legal docs -- obtained da TMZ -- asking the court to remove him as a defendant in Katherine's suit, claiming, "Kenneth Ortega is not alleged to be involved in the medical treatment o administration of drugs that allegedly caused Michael Jackson's death."
Ortega's lawyer adds ... Kenny never had a contract with Dr. Conrad Murray o with Michael Jackson, nor has he had any official affiliation with AEG.
Ortega's lawyer says, "The naming of Kenneth Ortega as a defendant in this action, without any basis, without any substantive charging allegations against him, is a gross error."

Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to do what Katherine Jackson can't -- kick Alejandra Jackson and her kids out of the Hayvenhurst estate for good.
TMZ has obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. from the estate ... on grounds they're not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property.

A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to cancella this exploitative program."
The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's fan played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed da countless Michael Jackson fan worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."
As for any future plans to air the show, Branca and McClain said, "We are hopeful that this mostra will never run in any market in the future."

the album is amazing and hopfully some of the songs will be heard on the radio and the following now series. the album has 10 songs.

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... evidence in the room suggests certain potent drugs were "prescribed and prepared" for MJ to self-medicate.
As we first reported, Dr. Murray's team will not challenge the L.A. County Coroner's finding that Jackson died of a massive Propofol overdose. But as we told you, Murray's team will present evidence in the doc's manslaughter case that Michael awakened, then gave himself the fatal dose of Propofol when Murray left the room.
We're told Murray's team hasn't decided if it will use the evidence found in the room to implicate other doctors in Jackson's death. But we do know Murray's legal team will present evidence during the trial that the fruits of Jackson's notorious doctor shopping over two decades wore his body down.
The rep for Dr. Murray's lawyer refused comment.
