In general, I think it's the most boring genre. I'm not much of a lyrics person, I'm more for a good melody, and rap is about speaking to a rhythm, so there's no melody!

I couldn't quite bring myself to vote "yes" though, because on the rare occasion I have found a few pieces of rap music that I've enjoyed for various reasons. It's a very rare occurrence for me to like something rap, but it has happened! (Specifically, songs that have a bit of rap involved in them somewhere)

No. There's enough good rap out there to "counteract" the bad rap.
