Using the “I'm a fan” button
Greetings!
I have decided to write a short articolo about this, because it's been bugging me for quite a while now. Won't take long, I promise. :)
Those of you, who contribute here on a regular basis, with pictures, fanfics, videos, etc. are very well aware how much time it takes to share these things with the club. We're talking about hours in some cases. Yet, there's a tendency I observed over the course of the year, since I was here.
So, how on earth these contributors could get any feedback on their works; the stuff they posted? Oh, wait a minute! There is a way! Have te seen the “I'm a fan” button on the right? It's a green little icona and if te click on it, te give a signal that te liked the material. Even if you're not feeling like leaving a commento (which is perfectly fine and understandable, furthermore acceptable), with this simple gesture te can still send an anonymous feedback to the contributor who postato the stuff, informing him/her that the time he/she took to search/write/share was not in vain. da fanning something te like, te give a little nod to the contributor, that he/she is on the right track. It's like saying: "That was nice, keep up da good work!"
However; it seems to me, that only a few people are aware of the primary function of this small green button, because most of the time, it is as untouched as the switch of the turn signal in a big black BMW o a Mercedes. It seems like people don't know what purpose these devices serve. :)
I'm not saying te have to fan everything without domanda of course. I'm only saying, that if te LIKE something; let it be a picture, a fanfic, a video, o a link; take one secondo to click on the “I'm a fan” button, to notify the contributor who postato it about your positive reaction. Sometimes it speaks louder than a thousand comments.
Thank te for reading! :)
