By far! The english voice actors don't even fit most of the characters, the only people that have good english voices are Orochimaru, Garaa, Neji, rock lee, and Shikamaru. There are a few more, but that's about it.

Japanese voices are epic and awesome:)

The Japanese in my opinion has better acting, but I think the English voices are a little more memorable...Not sure how to explain it. Some voices are obviously better in one language or the other.
I alternate between subbed and dubbed. I honestly love both.
