Part 16
Midnight and Shadow linked arms, and began spinning with incredible speed. They formed a giant top-like shape, and lunged into Super Virus. They were able to bring her down to the ground, but that was all.
The uninfected Super lynx plunged her hand into the spiral then shot it across the room. Chaos Shadow jumped out of the way, but Midnight wasn’t as lucky. She crashed through the bacheca and out the factory.
Midnight kept flying miles backwards, unable to stop. Then something stopped her. She landed on the ground in pain. The rabbit looked up to see who o what had saved her.
“Y- yoouu…” Midnight detto just before passing out. The figure laid her down, then started off in the direction of the factory.
In the factory…
Virus continued shooting chaos spears at Shadow repeatedly, but Shadow just kept dodging. Finally Shadow lunged forward, and gave Virus a firm kick upward from under her jaw. She flew upward, and out the ceiling.
“You’re wreaking my factory!!!” Virus screamed as she flew down on superiore, in alto of Shadow. The super lynx drilled the hedgehog into the ground, then rushed out. Shadow struggled to get out, but was in so deep into the world’s crust, and Virus had trapped him in a Chaos energy trap. Virus began charging a Super Chaos Spear, then aimed it at Shadow.
The dark hedgehog tried as hard as her could to escape, but to no avail. Virus blasted the hedgehog with all her power, causing a giant wave if energy to go flying in all directions. The lynx flew down, and looked over the crater, but Shadow wasn’t there.
Shadow teleported behind her, then grabbed Virus, and threw her across the room. Just before she hit the wall, Shadow rushed over and hit her again, in the other direction. He continued to do this for a good long while, then finally, he grabbed her throat, drilled her into the wall, and yelled “Chaos Blast”!
The energy impact would have shot Virus miles away, but Shadow did not let go. She got a front row sede, sedile in the middle of the chaos blast. The factory was all but totaled. A few hallways, walls, and one roof, were all that stood. Shadow dropped the lynx, thinking that she was dead, and started off. Virus reverted to her normal form, and started rising.
“I still have one più trick up my sleeve, hedgehog.” Virus muttered. She clutched her right fist and a swarm of dark energy filled her. She then extended her arm, and grabbed Shadow da the head. successivo the dark lynx began absorbing his life-force. He struggled to escape but it was already too late.
Virus dropped the dead hedgehog, looking even più powerful than before. She now could control not only the power of the dark inhibitor ring, but also Shadow’s unique chaos control.
“Now that that’s done…” Virus detto to herself. She sent a giant soundwave into the air. After doing so, every Virus-bot she had created came to her. Thousands of them. Virus made a large streak in the air, as if she was tearing something and a portal appeared. A portal to Mobius.
“All of you. Into the portal.” Virus called out. “let us begin my rule.”
The robots obeyed. All of them, one da one, exited Moebius, and entered Mobius. Within minutes, every single robot had made it to the prime zone. And Mobius did not stand a chance.
Virus watched the last robot enter into the portal, then became destracted, da a sound. It was a loud ringing, that continued to get louder and louder. Finally the lynx looked to her left, and saw a streek of…something… coming towards her at incredible speed.
She dodged whatever o whoever was attacking her, but it somehow was able to turn completely around, and hit her from the back. Virus fell down from where she was and looked up. Nicole was standing above herin Chaos form.
“If te think that te can stop me, then te are più gullible than Shadow.” Virus spat out, standing up. “Not only do I have my own Chaos form, thanks to Shadow, but I also control the dark inhibitor ring.”
“I thought te might say that.” Nicole said, just before clutching her left fist together. Light chaos energy surged into her. “So I did this.”
“Bravo, my twin.” Virus teased. “But te don’t have a giant army of robots, awaiting your comand to DESTROY ALL OF MOBIUS!”
Immediately the robots began tearing everything apart. It was only secondi before Hospitropolis was completely destroyed.
“NO!!!!!” Nicole yelled, just before falling down in shock.
“And that ‘Nicole the lynx’, is what makes me superior.” Virus detto in a triumphant tone. She wlaked over and gave Nicole a large kick in the head. But to Virus’s surprise, it did nothing. Nicole looked up at her, with a fury no one would ever expect, before blasting her with a chaos spear.
Virus got up, just in time to dodge Nicole charging directly at her. They began to battle all over the area. It lasted almost half of an hour, until finally virus shot a chaos surge at Nicole. Nicole quickly reacted, and shot a Chaos surge at Virus.
Both were struggling to win over the other. Dark energy agaisnt light energy. Both were almost out of energy, when suddenly, deep inside the middle of the energy clashes, two strands formed together. Then another strand, then another. Eventually, a large build up of energy from the two clashes, erupted. And a giant discharge of chaos energy sent both lynxes across the area.
Both Nicole and Virus had passed out, but the robots were still attacking Mobius. And none of the others, Shadow, Midnight, Lisa, Rouge, o Omega were in a position to help.
