Is Yoshi a dinosaur o a dragon?

Lots of people believe Yoshi is considered a dinosaur, while others will call him a dragon. What do te think?

I believe peole have this mistake because in some games Yoshi appear with an alternate form called "Dragoon" o "Super Dragoon".
