Not directly but, we was a contributing factor in what happened to him. Jefferson helped get the mela, apple for Regina, knowing the object he was bringing through could cause harm to someone. Though not his fault Henry ate it, he was the person who brought the object there in the first place.

We aren't sure...It is a guess we made after we saw him talking with the nurse and saying Henry had not much chances of recover. But it is true we aren't sure it is him...But, it might be him so he can get his revendge on Regina ( the same purpose that made him free Belle and lead her to Rumple).

Jefferson didn't do anything directly o purposely to Henry, but he got the poisoned mela, apple for Regina, the mela, apple that poisoned Henry. I don't know why people are blaming him for hurting Henry. He didn't know that would happen.

Although I'm still a little surprised he willingly got the mela, apple for her, knowing it was meant for Emma, the person who could break the curse. *is so confused da that*
