If a cuore rip from the body, is it meant he/she already dead (even without someone crush their heart?

o things can get back to normal if they put the cuore again?

aurora looks like dead women walking in the last eps, we haven't see a person survive from this cuore ripping curse. I'm really worried for aurora, innocent soul used for selfish reason, this just like graham all over again, please give me hope she will survive in the end :'(

Yes, I remember what regina did to graham it still traumatized me, that's why I'm scared for aurora, I really want aurora the first character who survive from this curse, I don't want her to die
