do te think david has a little bit of evil in him?

i know i've already complained how david can be a bit of an asshole sometimes but recently it made me wonder if its possible that he has a little bit of evil inside him? i mean he never shows the least bit of sympathy towards the villains mainly regina and i know that sounds like a weird thing to complain about but to me i always believed that a real charming prince would have the decency to go "look i'm sorry for the pain you've gone through but that doesnt excuse te for all the pain you've caused on innocent people" also to me a real prince charming would agree with both snow and emma that any evil person who was once good could possibly change back to that. obviously he's not evil evil but it makes me wonder if there's a slight chance that he might have at least a tiny bit of evil inside him that keeps him from understanding what regina and rumple and even king george has gone through that caused them to become who they are today. i'm actually still almost certain we shouldn't expect to hear him apologize to regina for accusing her of murdering archie. i'm really sorry for the prince charming fan for sending two complaints of david but again because of his beliefs and stuff that i've mentioned, it just makes me curious if he's really 100% good. he is good for the most part but is he 100% good?
