anyone notice this in "the new neverland"?

when charming and snow came into the summer palace, wasnt that place regina's childhood home? i recall seeing her in that same set when she first meets the king in "the stable boy." was it an error o did snow lie about it being the summer palace o did it become the summer palace when regina moved into the house palace which is now regina's dark castle?
