Neal and Emma are endgame and we all know it. They just gave that stupid Captain Swan kiss as a tease. Emma even said " one time thing, or something that didnt mean anything" if you listened. She is not interested in him. She said she loves Neal, and if she knew he were alive, imagine how happy she is going to be when she finds him.

@Persephone: As a huge DE fan I can tell you that just because Emma said she loved Neal at a time, doesn't mean she always will. Elena Gilbert claimed it would always be Stefan. Now she's with Damon. I'm sure Emma meant it at the time and I am not so naive to think that Emma and Hook are now steady. Maybe Emma and Neal will get back together at some point, but I believe that it would be for Henry's sake rather than their own.
But to say Emma and Neal are endgame and we all know it is not only very arrogant, it's also very ignorant and ridiculous. We're at season 3, a lot can happen. A little advice, don't cry victory just yet.

I dont believe Hook and Emma have ANYTHING and that this stupid love triangle came out of nowhere. She said she loves Neal and He loves her. She has never shown any emotion towards Hook, which is why this seems forced and rather stupid plot point. So get off my back.

I'm sorry but Neal... really? I like him i do but he screwed emma over and then got himself a life and a fiance and the second she turned out to be bad he was in love with emma again. i see no chemistry, they loved each other 11 years ago 'once upon a time' and emma can't see that she loves the idea of her, henry and him. of the family she never had more than actually loving neal. hook and emma have great chemistry and banter and that kiss was amazing. i'm thinking hook will do the right thing, hang around the sidelines and i'm hoping henry gets in there and tells her not to worry about family cause it's screwed up as it is i mean... bloody hell he has rumplestilskin as his grandfather, his two grandparents happen to be snow white and charming and are the same age as his mum. his bloody stepmum is the evil queen. emma should be happy and not caught up in the past.

Hook screwed her over too by the way in case you forgot. Episode 209 he left her in the jail cell and called her useless.

@Evilregal14 That was because she had left him on the beanstalk before. And he also said that he thought she was magical and full of hope, so please don't point out just the bad things.
I saw that little speech as something he had to say for her to understand how much she hurt him when she left him there and to challenge her to try her best to escape and prove to him that she is strong.
And don't forget that he called her BEAUTIFUL while he was on the road with broken ribs. Not to mention that that happened after this episode that you mentioned. And I don't think that any other man ever called Emma beautiful. Think about that for a moment ;)

^^^Thank you, this is what I have been trying to get at. Hook is slinky and doesnt seem devoted to anyone but himself. And Neal apologized and we all know he had no choice, so that is really not an argument. He felt bad and that was a difficult position to be in, he said " there is not a day that has gone by that I don't regret leaving you- Im sorry Emma". That's a gentleman. - This coming from the son of the Dark one too. He is nothing like his father- which is his goal. Before he fell through the portal - she said " I wont leave you I LOVE YOU, Neal: I LOVE YOU TOO" . Then she starts sobbing and is heartbroken. I call that love.

OH my god swanfire people. not to be mean but you are not even looking at the hook that the writers have taken time to reveal... the hook who cares about emma and truly loves her. he has under taken character development, heard of it? because from what i've seen neal is the same guy he was 11 years ago. WHERE ARE YOU GETTING THAT HE IS SELFISH? i'm sorry but your logic is stupid because you have nothing to go on... you are holding onto the specific characteristics the writers planted in hook the 'badboy' only to show the affect emma has on him and his behaviour. You aren't acknowledging the changes and the facts because look at the time and care the writers put into developing captainswan. they aren't going to trash that, they made sure the first kiss we ever saw hook have was with emma. their the kate and jack and these are lost writers... they're talented and their not giving emma and hook so much relationship development to trash that because neal showed up after 11 years claiming he loves her after she specifically said she wished he were dead because i'd be less painful. bullcrap. look at the logic here and don't push uninformed narrow minded things about hook that supposedly make him bad because were not going to 'damon salvatore' this situation with you bringing up old stuff that can be interpreted to every argument. thanks
