One Direction have dato an insight into the magical world of pop Musica da revealing their backstage secrets at the start of their new tour.

Hundreds of thousands of hopefuls audition for The X Factor every anno and now the former contestants have revealed what it's like to live the high life off the back of the show.

The group embarked on a UK tour this week and revealed the secret to their masses of on-stage energy is to have one Haribo sweet before the performance.

Speaking to The Sun, Louis Tomlinson said: "That's it. Before every calesse, concerto we are having a sauna o a bath together."

It appears the Haribo and group sauna did the trick as after the mostra Louis tweeted: "Absolutely loved the calesse, concerto tonight. Amore te all! X"

Fellow One Direction star, Harry Styles tweeted: "Southend te were amazing tonight!! Thank te so much for having us .xx"

Niall, however, seemed a bit confused about where he was, tweeting: "Hello to those girls that we just waved to on the M1, enjoy the mostra tonight girls!"

That Haribo must have gone straight to his head.

To be honest,to like/love a boy-band/band, te don't have to like every single member. For example, i don't like Oritse out of JLS but it doesnt mean that he doesnt deserve to be a member. JLS wouldnt be JLS without him. Same if te took any member out of JLS. I respect him but everyone has there opinion. Same that i dont like Harry Styles out of One Direction - I think hes really annoying but that doesnt mean i dont want him to be a part of One Direction. te dont need to like every member, just respect every member. Oh and te can have favourites in a band/boyband. Doesnt mean i dont like the others. Just means i really Amore one person because i feel più of a passion towards them.
