Chapter 5-Raven's P.O.V.
Raven made her way to the door, her hand on the doorknob. Ruby was behind her. Raven placed her ear on the door to hear voices talking. Then she heard Niall's voice.
"What if she doesn't feel the same," she heard his angelic voice. Raven's eyes got wide. What if he's talking about me, Raven thought. Then she secondo guessed. No, why would he like an ugly freak like me.
"Don't worry mate, it'll be fine," another voice said. I think that's that boy Liam, from Science calss, Raven thought. Man, that boy knows his physics.
"Raven? Are te going to open the door o not," Ruby asked.
Raven didn't hear her. She was too Lost in her thoughts. Ruby rolled her eyes and shoved her through the door. Raven tried to keep her balance and she was able to catch herself.
Ruby came up behind her and gave her a look. Play it cool, the expression read. Raven nodded and said, "Hey guys."
"Hey Raven," everyone detto back with smiles.
Okay, nobody noticed yet, good, Raven thought cooly.
"What happened to your forehead," Perrie, i think, her name is, said. Everyone then intensely stared at her forehead, escpecially Niall.
And they noticed, Raven thought while she mentally rolled her eyes.
"Oh, I just had a case of whiplash," Raven detto casually.
Niall gasped. "Are te okay," he asked. Raven softly smiled. He's so sweet. Then she almost got Lost in his eyes again. Why can't he be my boyfriend, Raven questioned in her mind. She simply nodded and Ruby then decided to help her out.
"Just a touch of make up, and she'll be good," Ruby stated.
Niall nodded with a look on his face. Raven then decided to sit successivo to him on the loveseat. Ruby had no where to sit, so Harry grabbed her da the waist and sat her down on her lap. Wow, this guy never gives up, does he, Raven thought with a raised eyebrow.
"Harry, te do know that's my cousin, right," Niall asked sternly. Raven smiled. He's cute when he's protective.
They both had a little talk and then he whispered stuff in Ruby's ear. She was blushing and widening her eyes. Raven saw that cheeky smirk on his face. Cheeky, cheeky boy, Raven thought.
"So what do te guys want to do," Eleanor asked. Nobody answered so Raven than thought.
"Truth o dare," Raven suggested.
"YES!!!" everyone yelled.
"Just let me put on Raven's make up on first," Ruby said, taking out her Clean & Clear.
It stung and Raven was wincing. "Does it hurt that bad," Ruby asked quietly.
"Oh, yeah, definitely," Raven mumbled. Ruby was finally done and Niall's eyes were sympathetic. Probably of how weak I looked, Raven thought.
"Um, Raven, can I talk to you," Niall asked.
"Uhhhhhh, sure," Raven replied.
Niall took her hand and led her to the bathroom. Niall put Raven on the sink counter and then got out a washcloth. He ran it under the faucet and then started to rub the make up off.
"Niall, what are te doing," Raven questioned a little loudly.
"Taking the nake up off, why," Niall asked trying to keep Raven stay still.
"NO! Niall I need it," Raven declared.
"NO te don't," Niall declared back.
"Yes, I do," Raven protested. "I'm an ugly freak who deserves to die."
Niall droppped the washcloth. He led her wrists and detto sternly, "Don' ever say that again."
"Niall, let go of me," Raven said.
"Not until te listen to me," Niall decalred. Raven sighed and gave up.
Niall then continued. "You are beautiful inside and out. te are so nice, so sweet, so funny, any guy would Amore to data you. And your so cute and pretty. When te roll your eyes, when te laugh, when te twirl your hair..... I guess I can say that your........."
Raven was hanging on every word. Is he calling me beautiful, she thought. "I'm what," she asked.
"Your perfect," Niall mumbled. Raven heard and widened her eyes.
