Me, niall and louis went bowling for the afternoon to make sure niall didn’t bump into the girls. When we got there, niall immediately ran up to the counter to pay. He was jumping up and down with excitement.

The clean cut fivesome have apparently enjoyed one too many late nights out ahead of the release of debut single What Makes te Beautiful, and bosses at the label want to make sure they are tucked up in letto soon after midnight from now on.

According to the Sun, the restrictive curfew was put in place following the band's antics at X Factor winner Alexandra Burke's birthday bash.

When a minder attempted to extract the mischievous teens from the celebrations at Londra club Gilgamesh, they apparently ran away and hid in the gents...

Yesterday was an amazing giorno and a milestone in our One Direction calender. We had our first radio play today and it was an incredible experience for all of us. We waited so long for today and it finally arrived! A big thank te to Scott Mills for being an amazing host and putting us at ease, we were very very nervous this morning and Scott made it a very enjoyable interview for us. It was the most surreal experience of my life so a BIG thankyou Radio One, Scott and the team.

Lastly I want to say a huge thank te to all of te fan for all your support and for being so patient whilst we made the record. Your support so far has been amazing and we wouldn’t be here without te so I hope te like the record! We can’t wait to get out there and perform it! A massive thanks to everyone for pre ordering :) and please keep spreading the word as there is lots più to come!!

I thought a lot about what happened in the past 2 hours on my way home. Maybe it wasn’t such a bad thing? Maybe now i can forget about niall and focus on winning the calcio cup final. Oh who am i kidding, im NEVER gonna forget niall!

He just has moved on from me. maybe that’s what celebritàs do. They’re with te one minuto and leave te the next. I couldn’t stop thinking about niall though. He meant the world to me. i decided to turn on my phone and see the text messages.

They all detto the same thing. It said:
