By a narrow margin, though again, lots of uncertainty here. I think Doflamingo has proven himself to be powerful and fast, though perhaps not as much in either category as Mihawk. However, with his ability to control targets, I think Doflamingo wins this matchup.

Mihawk is the strongest warlord being able to rival shanks. Doflamingo is the second strongest but a cut below mihawk and yonko like shanks and kaido

I don't know. They're both pretty powerful. But, I think I agree with Whiteflame here... I'd pick Doflamingo, rather than Mihawk. Close fight... very close fight, but I think Doflamingo has him beat. He seemed to display enough skill to cut through Fujitora's meteorites easily enough.

@dragonofmorgoth. I don't know about that. Shanks has some incredibly powerful Haki... all three of them. Plus, his swordsmanship is amazing, even with only one arm. Whenever you see Shanks fight Mihawk in those flashbacks, it's simply very short pieces... just because it looked like they were fighting on par, does not actually mean that they were. If we recall, Shanks blocked Akainu in one move, who is now the Fleet Admiral and that was two years ago. Mihawk is strong, yes, but Shanks strong? No, probably not.

They are equally powerful I think. Hard to decide.
