he was to all three in my opinion but especially with Lindsey i really never saw him caring for her the way he did Peyton and Brooke and do not tell me he didn't care for Brooke because he did he may have been an ass but he did love her Lindsey was not love.

^i somewhat agree with dermer. he was a major ass to them all but lindsey the most cuz altho i think he did love her, he just didnt care about her as much as she diserved. with brooke he took her for granted and with peyton well idk i guess he said he hated her lmaoo.

well plan and simple lucas is an ass most of the time

lucas' timing was just ridiculous throughout all of his relationship with lindsey:

-their first date was only AFTER lucas thought peyton didn't show up to the book signing (rebound anyone?!)

-his PROPOSAL to lindsey was minutes after he kissed Peyton (running from his true feelings much?!)

-him going home to lindsey and saying "lets get married right away" was right after peyton confronted him in the gym, and told him that she would always love him, but would let go if he wanted her to. (again... running from his true feelings?!?)

the lindcas relationship as a whole was just ridiculous and a complete waste of time

but with lindsey it was pretty clear he was hiding his heart. with brooke and peyton he did love them when he was with them. with lindsey i dont believe he truely loved her.

he was an asshole to brooke by cheating on her. he was an asshole to peyton with the whole series 5 situation.

with lindsey he proposed to her after She found PEYTONS ring, after hed just kissed peyton. he wrote a book about peyton for the second time. she never really stood a chance now did she.

He was an ass to Brooke for cheating on her. He was more of an ass to Lindsey. He never should have asked her to marry him when it was clear that Peyton still held his heart. Like TheBoySawAComet said, he was running from his true feelings. I honestly don't think he was that Much of an ass to Peyton. Except for when he told her he hated her. He was drunk and hurting at the time. Yes it was cruel and she didn't deserve it but it wasn't as bad as what he did to Brooke and Lindsey.

i agree with everyone but he dragged his love for peyton out for 6 years, he started with her, ended with and all he did was love then, rip her apart, repeat, repeat until he finally figured it all out. lindsey & lukes relationship was stupid but still peyton was the one who was being "luc(ass)ed" by.

He was an ass, period. With Lindsey for the whole proposal hiding from feelings crap, and with Peyton, for the whole running from feelings, leading on, {"i hate you", thing. But he was an even bigger ass to Brooke for cheating on her twice! And he knew that she had problems trusting people, and how he brought the "You slept with chris, forgive me" crap like a barganing chip! She suffered big time for his assholeness, lol.
